FOOD IN TREK
During the lodge trek: Base of meals are, rice, noodles, potatoes, (porridge for breakfast). all are slow-sugar, its the best food for well walking. In lodge-trek the lunch is taken in lodges on the way ( hot meal). The guide order the food. During the tent trek: Good and fresh food are prepared by cook with team of trekking staffs on tent.

D.1. Arrival in KATHMANDU, welcome at the airport by a member of our team and transfer to hotel.
D.2. Kathmandu, free day.
J.3. Departure by local bus (6h) to Dhunche, 1950M, important village of Tamang ethnic, point to start trekking.
D.4. Departure from Dhunche to the nice village, SHABRU (2250M), beginning of Langtang, nice view on the LANGTANG HIMAL.
D.5. Departure of SHABRU to LAMA HOTEL.
D.6. Departure from LAMA HOTEL to the LANGTANG village. (2850M.)
D.7. Depart from LANGTANG to KYANGIN GOMPA, village at 3800M.
D.8. Free day at KYANGIN GOMPA and acclimatization in altitude. To those who desire a excursion go/ back at 4300M to a nice view of the himalayan chain and the LANGTANG HIMAL (7245M).
D.9. Kyanging - Ascension of Tsergo Ri. 4980 m. Return at Kyanging . 8h
D.10. Kyanjin, depart to the Base Camp of Naya Kanga 4600 m. 6h

Price include: Whole the trek in full board. TREKS IN TENT. Accompaniment by a professional mountain Guide and a porter for 2 pax to carry your luggage (maximum 20 kg from 2 pax). Trekking team with professional Guide, cook and porters. Lodging under tent, meal prepared by the cook. TREK IN LODGE. Accommodation and meal in the Lodges (local good food ordered by the guide). All the transports (to and from the points of trek and during the trek).In Kathmandu, reception at the airport, transfers to hotel/airport. 2 stars hotel of standard quality with breakfasts. Shower & Hot water. Quite Hotel with restaurant, in Thamel centers. Trekking Permits and national parks.

INSURNANCE
All participant have to give a cop of their insurance, with the address, tel and fax number of insurance . This insurance has to cover the helicopter rescue in case of accident or sickness during trekking. In case of your insurance don't accept helicopter rescue, you have to fill a form in Kathmandu and take responsibility that you will pay yourself the amount of expenses paid by Nepal Ecology Green Treks for your helicopter rescue or research. Without this aggrement, you cannot participate fott the trek. All our guides and porters are insured and fully equiped.
