Rafting Informations
1. What are the things you have to bring?
Your rafting/travel/trek/ insurance.
Windproof & water proof outerwear, jacket & pants
Shorts or a swimming costumes
Fleece jacket and sweater.
Loose fitting hiking pants
Long Skirts for women
Long sleeve t-shirt or turtlenecks
Short sleeve t-shirts
Several pairs of thick socks
Light weight long underwear, top & bottom, wide brim hat.
Sunburn protection on face, ears, & neck , Underwear, etc
1-pair well broken in hiking shoes or boots.
Drinking water bottles or water purifier tablets.
Sellping bags, hoand towel, pokcket knife, toilet paper, flash light with batteries, Camera and etc.

2. The things we provide?
Along with our high quality self-bailing rafts, we provide helmets, plastic paddles, wetsuits, lifejackets, and first aid kit.
We provide plentiful, healthy and hygienically prepared food and drinks. Tents and sleeping mattresss are also provided. Sleeping bags can be supplied upon request with extra charge. All our equipment is of the highest quality, clean and well maintained. Experience and qualified staffs.

3. What you Need to tell us?
Please tell us if you are a non-swimmer, or not very confident in the water. Also it is essential that you inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your well being on the trip. Don't forget to request vegetarian meals if required.

4. Is rafting safe?
We takes the safety of our clients very seriously. All our guides are licensed, with many years of experience on the rivers of Nepal and European countries. All are trained in CPR, First Aid and advanced river rescue techniques
